The Nickeodeon Kids Choice Awards 2009 was held over the weekend at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion on March 28, 2009 in Westwood, California and Vanessa Hudgens and Miley Cyrus were the stars of show. There was a mega turnout for this one with a good smattering of female celebrities with some big names we have not seen in a while, this is a female celebrity spotters extravaganza.
This is one of those raw fun ripped jeans sort of events where you get the impression the “slime” or the “ooze” is more important than who has actually won the awards. Miley went a bit on the blubbery side with her acceptance speech for her award for Best Female Singer saying she was not expecting to win and Vanessa Hudgens won Best Movie Actress for her role in High School Musical 3 and said thanks to her sister for getting all her friends to vote. Obviously that made all the difference. Beyonce won an award for her Best Song with “Single Ladies” and Best TV Actress went to Selena Gomez. Check the thumb gallery for more!

A full time webmaster running many websites of which female celebrities is one of the most recent additions. Located in London, UK with a keen interest in the female celebrity world with a massive interest in movies and photography. Current favourite movie is an older one called Fight Club starring Brad Pitt and Helena Bonham Carter. A bit on the edge and a boundary pusher thinking just that bit outside the box. Has a strong message which can vary from person to person, and has some clever subliminal layering that may be missed on the first viewing......A Classic! Music wise anything goes but if there is a guitar(s) in their somewhere, it is favoured above other material. Read more soon
