This is one wild woman!
The first experience I’ve had of Juliette Lewis was in a film called “Dusk Till Dawn” with Quentin Tarantino actually in the film and also starring George Clooney and Salma Hayek. Her acting and the film were superb, and she was very young back then in 96, but even then, you just had the feeling, that she may be just a bit too wild to be a full on actress within the constraints of the highly regulated film industry, and her destiny may just lie somewhere else.

She turned from a succesful acting career and jumped straight into the music industry and is now a lead singer of the punk group “The Licks” and the rest as they say is history. She seems to be in her element, and is arguably one of the few actresses to make a success of going from acting to being a musician.
She has appeared in a broad ranging spectrum of films and has also appeared in a Gap commercial.

She is working with rock songwriter Linda Perry, among others. Lewis has also appeared on three tracks by Electronic Music group The Prodigy’s 2004 CD Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned (”Spitfire”, “Get Up Get Off”, and “Hot Ride”). Lewis made an appearance in Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto IV, providing the voice of “Juliette”, the host of fictional radio station ‘Radio Broker’.
