Rachel McAdams and Kelly Reilly “Sherlock Holmes” World Film Premiere, London

Sherlock Holmes the movie world premiered last night at the Empire Leicester Square in London and the stars turned out. Special effects to add to the Victorian Ambience included old fashioned lamps and smog to recreate the atmosphere of Victorian London that this film was set in.

Â This is yet another Guy Ritchie directed film who is famous for his Lock Stock and Two Smoking barrels and more recently RockNRolla that starred Thandie Newton.

With a cast line up that includes Robert Downey Jr as Sherlock and Jude Law as Dr Watson. The female stars in the film who attended included Rachel McAdams and Kelly Reilly who plays Watson’s fiance. Other guests that attended included Heather Graham, Gwen Stefani with Gavin Rossdale who are currently in London for Xmas Â and Ben Grimes the model.

This is the third world premiere to be held in London this month in Leicester Square. The film is getting reviews in the neutral territory of 3 stars. Worth a look!
