She was spotted in London last night leaving a restaurant in the early hours hand on forehead with black bra and knickers with see through lacey black netting top thing. Video Phone the new Beyonce number has Lady GaGa on it, what she be wearing on this vid will be revealed tonight at the MTV EMA Awards?

Nov 5 2009.  Lady Gaga leaves Balans Restaurant in Soho at 2am after spending a couple of hours inside. Gaga maintains her signature odd choice of attire with another provocative outfit consisting of only black lingerie and lace.
