She had a few drinkies and thought lets drive home at 3 in the morning, should be alright but gets stopped by police at 3.45am. Does the breath test and comes out at 0.08 on the first blow and 0.09 on the second blow. Very small numbers, shouldn’t be a problem, unfortunately 0.08 is legal anything over isn’t and the police had to charge her.

She is currently on bail and if she is charged for DUI could end up with 6 months in jail and a $1000 fine according to TMZ. Celebrities like the rest of us, as can be seen here, get parking tickets and arrested like the rest of us, even if you are a star of the TV show The Hills!

Stephanie Pratt has apparently apologised on Twitter. Whether this makes any difference remains to be seen!
