Lindsay Lohan never far away from the headlines and a roller coaster set of headlines are on the wires at present, just the normal LiLo scenario, we wouldn’t expect anything less.

Â Lets start with some positive news, she was spotted at the Whitney Musuem Gala at the Whitney Musuem of American Art in New York looking very posh and stunning indeed in what we would say a very Marylyn Monroe looking number on arrival (see pic below), as LiLo followers know she is a fan of Monroe along with Megan Fox! On the red carpet she wowed in blonde and gold (photo above)showing her new mixing in fashion circles with her recent appearance at Paris Fashion Week seems to be paying off and she certainly looked the biz.

On to the grimmer news, she has recently been to court attending a probation hearing where the judge warned her saying she was dangerously close to breaking her drink-driving probation after failing to show up at substance abuse classes. Judge Martha Revel decided against a prison sentence and decided to extend her probation for another year!

On the spicier love life side of things, yes that name again, the Billionaire Balthazar Getty who is married and has four kids with Rosetta Millington and who was recently tangled up with nonÂ other than Sienna Miller, it now Â looks like Lindsay Lohan may have entered the fray?
