The star of “Mean Girls” where she played Gretchen Wieners  and she also starred in the TV Drama “Party of Five” Lacey wore an emerald green strapless number and brought along some close friends and her mum to celebrate in style at the Tabu Ultra Lounge where the bopped away till the early hours after receiving a double layer chocolate mousse cake from the hotel staff and blew out the candles of course.
