Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt “Inglourious Basterds” Premiere, LA

The Inglourious Basterds Premiere was held last night August 10 at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre ,Â in Hollywood and two people attended going by the name of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, you may have heard of them, names seem to ring a bell at this end for some strange reason?.

Big Big event this one, probably more for the Jolie and Pitt factor than the film with the greatest respect to Quentin Tarantino,Â and boy did this bring out the crowds. King and Queen of Hollywood “together” on the red carpet with scenes reminiscent of The Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, this couple have the title of King and Queen of Hollywood for good reason and we are inclined to agree!

Headlines within headlines this event, a film premiere for sure but its the rumours that have been surrounding this couple recently, thats the headline, they are aware of this, and in true actor style they aimed to shoot down all rumour mongersÂ and we think they pulled it off.

Both dressed in all black, Angie was sporting some new body artwork and was keen to display it to the crowd. The media picked up on her new very slim look, intentional or not we are unsure.

They looked very much “still together” laughed and joked the whole time and plenty of hand holding, hugs and arm arounds, it was all couply stuff but they are actors and its difficult to tell on the red carpet. After Parties are better for this sort of thing and body language never lies unless you are an actor and then you can fake that as well!.

So whats our verdict? After seeing Goss mags by the truck load and National Enquirer saying its all over being thrown in yours truly’s direction for the last few weeks accompanied by “put this on FJ Girls..it will go mental”, none of which has appeared on this site headlines including Brangelina doom and gloom, Brad and Jen its back on, Angie takes him back, its all over…marching orders, Angie ultimatum and anything else that the imagination can come up with, its good to see after all that, they are still together on the red carpet at least. Photographic evidence is our answer to all of this, this site now has access to an army of paps some of the worlds best, if its out there, its here, its that simple, but not one, repeat not one papÂ has managed to come up with any photos or even one photo to back up any of these stories. We rest our case!

An interview we saw recently of Angelina that raised a few chuckles can’t remeber where exactly, when Angelina Jolie was asked about the marriage breakdown and the rumours that are appearing everywhere her answer was “if its in the gossip mags, it must be right as they know more than I do” or something along those lines. In summary our verdict is “haven’t got a clue what’s going on with these two and in all honesty we don’t think anybody else has either”??

Some big names in this list Weinstein is a huge name in Hollywood and both brothers were in attendance along with Quentin Tarantino director of an FJ fave film “Pulp Fiction” and of course his most recent offering Inglourious Basterds.

Christina Ricci an actress not in the major headlines at present something that happens to all actresses in between productions, we’ve included a red carpet photo below from the event, looking good in red, to keep her on the map!
