Freida Pinto and New Woody Allen Film starts Filming in London!

Freida Pinto who has been fairly quiet news wise since The Oscars earlier this year, bar one headline stating she could be appearing in a new Woody Allen Film that may be shot in London in the summer. This was not 100% certain, as cast in the early days of film production are prone to changes.

Well its Summer, Woody Allen is in town as in London as of 13 July and filming has started for his new as yet “untitled” film and it starsÂ as promised Freida Pinto and co stars include non other than Anthony Hopkins, Naomi Watts and Josh Brolin.

The Inquirer recently did an interview with Woody Allen on his success on picking award winning actors here’s what the inquirer asked and what Wood Allen replied (shortened)

Q. The Inquirer. You have a knack for casting the perfect actors, quite a number of whom earn nominations and awards. What do you look for when you are casting roles?

A. Woody Allen. I always look for people who donâ€™t look like theyâ€™re acting when they act!

Freida Pinto obviously must be a natural.Â She Â has recently been involved in an Israeli Production called Miral which is written and directed by Julian Schnabel and she will surely benefit hugely from this Woody Allen production in career terms.Â If “on set” footage becomes available then it will be here!
