Britney Spears New Single “Radar” Official Video and Rating!

Britney has a new single out and the Official Video has literally just been out a couple of days. Taken from the respected “Circus” album which she has been promoting with her world tour of the same name over the last few months.

We go from Lingerie clad and Housewife Apple Pie baker in “If You Seek Amy” to a rather posh polo player loving type set up in this video.

The Verdict:

Video is good and classy. Britney looks more of the same! Decent intro, plenty going on with regards lyrics and sounstaging. Vocals are Britney which we don’t need to comment on here as they go without saying quality wise. It’s just the message on this song is a bit “muddy”, that is what lets it down for us…might have been intentional, if it was…it still lets it down for us!

All in all not a bad number at all, we are slightly above neutral on this one as it is hardly grabbing us and throwing us around the room with excitement like “Piece of Me” did here, that had a strong message and some attitude and the message there was far from muddy. This is the sort of song that will probably grow on you over time.

Rating 3 stars +++ out of 5.Â Chart wise could go No1 but we wouldn’t want to bet on it depends who is out there at the time, but we think more likely Top 10….. that would be a definite!
