Kristen Stewart New Brunette Look and “The Runaways” Latest News

Kristen Stewart is sporting the new dark haired brunette look which seems to be in vogue with a lot of stars, butÂ this is not a fashion statement from Kristen, its a requirement of a new role which is looking to be heading her way, where she will be playing the 80’s star Joan Jett of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts in the new film “The Runaways”

Sketchy information about this at present but the Twilight and more recently New Moon star was seen at a North Hollywood Production Meeting and Dakota Fanning was also in attendance.

From what we are seeing of the photos here, this could be what they call in the industry a “Photo Test”,Â where it looks like Kristen is trying out some moves, shots are being taken on camera and film just to get the SP on Kristen, see if any fine tuning is needed with her “look” before “filming proper” commences. They may use these shots to compare her with the real Joan Jett for comparison purposes to get the look as real as possible. All part of being an actor/actress, chameleon is the word that springs to mind. If this is a photo test then normally filming takes place a week or two later.

We saw the same thing with Angelina Jolie and “Salt” earlier this year and also with Jennifer Aniston and “The Baster” and filming commenced pretty soon afterwards. On the subject of romance, The Pattinson/Stewart romance rumours still continue, if its all true then it certainly adds a new meaning and a bit ofÂ spicy realismÂ to the “on screen chemistry” in the fprthcoming new film “New Moon”
